All purchases are subject to exchange only or store credit on other merchandise within 14 days of delivery. We specialize in customer satisfaction so we will happily send additional photos so you may examine your choices before purchasing. We may offer refunds if your handcrafted item is damaged during shipping. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can replace or repair your item.
Items sold at discounted or sale prices are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return. Items are replaced only if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanges. Shipping costs are non refundable .
